Opening for Jason Isbell & 400 Unit Nov. 3rd @ Taft Ballroom

We're most pleased to be opening for Jason Isbell and his 400 Unit at the new Taft Ballroom on November 3rd. Tickets are $15 in advance and $18 day of show. We're big fans of Mr. Isbell and are quite happy that the Taft has asked us to play. We'll be on WVQC.org for Salina Underground on Oct. 22nd to talk about the upcoming show, as well as the documentary being made about the band as well as our plans for our next record. A little break followed by Dayton Music Festival.

Hey there folks. Thanks for a great summer all over the place. At home, in Dayton, Chicago, Lima, Toledo, Ft. Wayne, Marion, Lexington, and at the legendary Whispering Beard Folk Festival (where we remain NOT a folk band), we made a lot of friends and played a lot of great shows. We'll have the next month or so off until a gig at Canal Street Tavern as part of the Dayton Music Festival on Saturday October, 6th. Dayton may just be the best city we've ever encountered to play rock and roll music in, and Canal Street Tavern is a place that has housed endless nights of great tunes. We're currently participating in documentary being produced all about the band and are excited to see how it turns out. Check out some of the productions the filmmakers have been part of already here. We're also likely to be playing Cincypunk Fest at the new Southgate House in October as well. We're waiting for official details and we'll post them once we here. Tell a friend to buy a record and we'll see you in October.

There Is No One In The Truck.

The tour had it's share of hiccups, but hey, it is rock and roll and overall it was our most successful trip to date! We won't burden you with negativity of any sort, and we don't need to because the awesomeness that we encountered this week far outweighed any kind of setbacks. Big thanks to Trace at Beatniks, Sam at Phantom Note Productions and Fireside Bowl, Donna and everyone on the staff at Tiger Room at Calhoun Street, Kate, Travis, and Pepper at Avalon Bar, Danny and Kyle at Revolution Collective, and to everyone of the volunteers and supporters of the Cincinnati Lab Rescue. Also, a huge thanks of course to each and every one of the folks that came out to listen and who bought our LPs, shirts, and CDs. Tour Starts TODAY!

April Awesome

We're only playing 3 shows this month, but they're all going to be great.

We'll be returning to Lexington, KY for our first gig at Green Lantern on April 19, followed by what should be a LOUD night in Dayton, OH at Oregon Express with our new friends The White Soots on April 21.

The final show will be a galvanizing opening spot at MOTR Pub in Cincinnati before the legendary Fred and Toody Cole will also provide LOUD music along with Kelly Halliburton in their group PIERCED ARROWS.

We're excited to make a return trip up to Hamilton on Sunday March 18 to play at Galaxy CDs again. We had an amazing first trip and couldn't have asked for a better response from the crowd that showed up for our first show in Hamilton and hope that it will only be better this time around. We're excited to see that people have been listening and we hope you spread the word. We had a great first trip to Lima, OH and an equally awesome show at home the next night with our friends from Columbus, OH The Main Street Gospel. We also played with a Dayton band in Lima called The White Soots. These guys were wonderful players and people and have invited us back to Dayton to play with them on April 21 at Oregon Express.

We'll be at Galaxy CDs again March 18. Last time ruled, hopefully this time rules harder.
